Romer’s Burger Bar is the creation of Executive Chef Jim Romer. Born in Marin County, and trained at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America, not the other one), Jim has spent over 20 years preparing some pretty mind-blowing good food for people.
The Three R’s of Jim:
REAL – As in, eat real food. The kind that comes from farmers. Locally sourced. No ingredients you can’t pronounce.
RESPECT – Live and work in a sustainable way. Treat customers and co-workers like family and friends (some of them are).
FLAVOUR – Okay, that one’s a stretch. But Jim is all about flavours. Unexpected, sublime, wonderful flavours. Like the melt-in-your-mouth Kibe beef in the Ultimate Kobe Classic. Holy $#!% is that a good burger.
